Residential solar installer PV Smart Solar was starting up in one of the nation’s most competitive solar markets, the San Francisco Bay Area.
The company was founded by Robert Linton, a veteran of teams that have installed more than more than 100 megawatts of solar systems on homes across the United States — enough energy to power more than 65,000 homes.
Based on his experience with large national solar installers, Robert wanted to start his own company dedicated to serving as the homeowner’s advocate, ensuring that they get the solar equipment and financing solution that’s right for them.
