SunERGY Construction was started in 2015 by a veteran of mega-installer Vivint Solar to meet a need of solar customers that the big solar installation companies weren’t meeting. That is, to help solar customers reduce their energy load before sizing a solar system for them.
“The mission of SunERGY Construction is to change the way energy is produced and construction projects are built by providing safe, affordable, and environmentally friendly options for our communities.”
Based in Riverside, located west of L.A., the company serves both residential and commercial customers from three offices around Southern California. There, SunERGY offers solar along with construction services including roofing, replacement windows and — to help save money on water bills in the midst of Southern California’s historic draught — artificial turf.
It wasn’t long until SunERGY opened a Colorado office in Loveland, a suburb of Fort Collins, offering solar for now. The company is considering expanding both its offerings and its service area in the future.
To tap into rapid growth in two hot state markets, the company needed a website to help reach new customers for both solar and construction services, which they asked the Curren Group to build.
- To help generate traffic from web searches, the Curren Group’s tech team created a clean, contemporary visual design that appealed to the company’s target customers organized in a site architecture that was easy to use.
- Then, after interviews with SunERGY management and original research on the company’s markets in both California and Colorado, Curren Group writers developed text to express the company’s competitive difference in a compelling way for homeowners and businesspeople.
In the future, the company wants to use the site to generate more traffic and convert more of its visitors to high quality, exclusive sales leads.
